Taramarie pellerin
Taramarie (“Tara”) Pellerin is an associate at Miner Siddall and focuses her practice on criminal defense, white-collar defense, and complex civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pellerin was an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County where she prosecuted a wide variety of cases in both the District and Superior Courts, including violent felonies involving domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. Ms. Pellerin also second chaired a homicide prosecution during her tenure. Ms. Pellerin is a zealous advocate in the courtroom and has conducted countless evidentiary motions, over twenty jury trials to verdict, and dozens of jury waived trials to verdict.
While in law school, Ms. Pellerin held a position as a supervisory law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts where she was involved in the prosecution and investigation of several complex federal cases within the Narcotics and Money Laundering Unit.
